The beer is genuinely good — not 'good for a small town' good. The hazy IPAs are the draw, but the pilsner is the one locals reorder, and the seasonal fruit sours lean on Washington orchards in a way that actually tastes like fruit instead of candy.

Food is above the usual brewery bar: burgers with real char, a pretzel worth sharing, and salads that don't feel like an afterthought. Service moves fast even when the patio is full.
