NCW Event Rentals

NCW Event Rentals is equipped for far more than a few tables and folding chairs. The East Wenatchee company supplies engineered tents, farmhouse and banquet tables, seating, dance floors, staging, lighting, linens, dinnerware, catering equipment, and other event essentials. Its inventory can support an intimate backyard anniversary or a production with as many as 1,500 guests, giving planners one experienced source for weddings, quinceañeras, corporate events, festivals, concerts, and community gatherings.

The team’s planning process is a major strength. Clients begin with a date, venue, guest count, and event vision, then receive a detailed proposal covering equipment, delivery, installation, and teardown. For qualifying tent events, the crew can field-measure the site, confirm clearances and anchoring, and arrange utility locates before installation. Customers can choose full setup and teardown or a professional drop-and-go delivery, depending on the event and budget.

Service reaches well beyond Wenatchee into Leavenworth, Chelan, Cle Elum and Suncadia, Ellensburg, Yakima, Moses Lake, the Tri-Cities, and other Eastern Washington communities. That range, paired with a deep catalog and real installation experience, makes NCW Event Rentals particularly useful for outdoor sites and complex celebrations. Start early for popular weekends, and bring a clear guest count and venue address when requesting a proposal.
