Book by February for July weeks. Off-season rates in May and September are a bargain and the lake is still swimmable in September.

Units are individually owned and furnished, so photographs matter — two two-bedroom units on the same floor can differ substantially in updates and decor. What does not vary is the setting: terraced grounds running down to a private beach, two heated pools, hot tubs, tennis and pickleball courts, and lawn space that turns into an informal kids' zone by mid-morning every summer day.
